DT Lacy Sunshine - Topsy Turvy Mismatch

Today there is a new challenge at Lacy Sunshine and this time our theme is really fun... take any image and create something it wasn't meant for.... 

I have used a Christmas image and created a really summery card! 

The papers are from Bildmålarna. Added butterflies and a butterfly border from Martha Stewart (punch). Lots' of flowers..... 

Here is a close up on the image called Poinsetta Etheral Enchantress colored with Copic Markers.

DT The Sketchy Challenges: Sketch and/or Theme Spring

A new challenge is up at The Sketchy Challenges and this time you can either use Sabine's gorgeous sketch or the theme "spring" or both of them. 

I made this card for the challenge using both the theme and the sketch. 

I have used papers from Maja Design from an old collection called "Ska vi ta en fika?". 

Here is a close up on the image by Mo Manning called Paddy. I used my Copic Markers to color him. 

Flowers.... 

I used a Magnolia die to make the tag, some lovely goldey lace and more flowers...

DT DigiBells: Bloghop and release party for Tilly's Flower Cart!

Today we have a new release from the fabulous lady....Elisabeth Bell!!! Yeay!!! I'm so thrilled to present this images.... She is such a precious doll!!!  

So this month we will be releasing Tilly's Flower Cart and she was once part of the Cottage Cuties collection at Whimsy Stamps! You can get her from Elisabeth's digital gallery or take a chance at winning.... read all about how at the DigiBells blog. 

So it's time to hop right? My post is right in between two of our outstanding GDTs.... So did you come here from the amazing Lisa .... No? Then you'd better skip back to the DigiBells blog to start from the top so you won't miss Lisa's creation... I've already seen it and it will surely give you a tooth ache! I'm so happy that Lisa agreed to join us as a GDT for a second term! 

I altered a chocolate box full of lovely Lindt's chocolates. I usually remake the box but this time I was running late and having to much to do so I just painted the original box with gesso. Then I decorated it with design papers from Prima (really old ones from my stash...)

Here is a close up on Tilly. I colored her with Copic Markers using the Scandinavian technique. The clouds behind her are made with dry chalk. 

From the side.... The butterflies are from a Whiff of Joy die, the seagull from Joy and also added lots of flowers, lace and pearls.

DT Whiff of Joy: Love blooms where kindness is planted!

Today I'm posting a card for Whiff of Joy and I went with a bit of april showers theme sort of... :-)

I loooved coloring this image- makes me long for summer.

DT Lacy Sunshine: Vintage/Shabby Chick/Steampunk

Today it's time for another challenge at the Lacy Sunshine Challenge Blog and this time it's your choice of either Vintage, Shabby Chick or Steampunk. I went with Shabby Chick which means lots of white and added some bright pastels at that.  

I have used papers from Michele Roos Designs. Love the shabby chickness of them! :-) The heartshaped diecut is from a die I borrowed from a friend, thinking it's Sizzix.... 

The image is called Lizabeth's Wedding Bliss and she is colored with Copic Markers. 

Added flowers, an arrow, lots of lace (also typical for shabby chick) and pearls. 

More flowers.... and a little dangling bling charm from Prima. The big glitter pearl is a tiny ball acctually and was a gift from a friend.

DT Copic Marker Sweden: Butterfly Challenge!

It's time for a new challenge over at Copic Marker Sweden and this time it was my time to choose the challenge. As you know I loooove butterflies so this is an easy one... You have to use butterflies on your project. It can be colored ones, part of the image, on the designpaper, added decorations, punched out ones... Just remember to add an image colored with Copics as well... 

This is my inspirational card...

The papers are from Maja Design, the big butterfly border is from Joy and the small butterflies are punched out using a punch from Martha Stewart.

Today is the start of no challenge and it is not my turn to post anywhere... This card is something I made just for fun and for a very sweet friend of mine that I haven't had time to see for a while... 

The image is from hÄnglar and stÄnglar and she's colored with Copic Markers. 

 A close up on the border and the flowers...  

Added more flowers and a little charm as well.

The sentiment means Happy Easter, the butterfly border is from Joy Crafts, the papers are from my stash (the butterfly one is from Papirdesign). The frame die around the card is from Cheery Lynn.
